No appointment is needed for regular gym visits. However, we recommend booking a tour if you're a first-time visitor so we can give you a proper introduction to our facilities. For personal training sessions, booking in advance is required.
For your first visit, bring comfortable workout clothes and shoes. We provide towels, lockers, and shower facilities. If you're coming for a tour, just bring yourself - we'll show you everything you need to know!
